You are entitled to withdraw from this contract for 14 days without indication. This statutory period starts with the day you or someone authorized by you, who is not the related to the authorized shipping company, has seized the last package. by a distinct declaration (e.g. by phone, mail, or e-mail). You are welcome, but not obliged to use the template at the end of this announcement. To ensure the 14-days-period is kept it is sufficient to submit your notice of withdrawal within this period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract we are obliged to refund all payments regarding your order, including costs for standard shipping as offered (except costs resulting from additional services like express shipping or other voluntary chosen options) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on we received your declaration of withdrawal from this contract. We will reimburse your payment using the same gateway as was used for your order, unless we agreed on some other way in particular; you will not be charged transaction fees under any circumstances. We are authorized to refuse any reimbursement until the goods in question have reached us or you furnished proof of dispatching the complete merchandise, whichever occurs first.

To ensure the 14-days-period is kept it is sufficient to dispatch the package within this period.
Return fees
The customer is obliged to pay all occurring fees for returning the shipment. You have to pay for a possible depreciation only in case this was induced by unnecessary handling of the goods, which is not executed accordingly to the usual testing of quality, features and performance of the products.
Exclusion from withdrawal
The possibility to withdrawal does not include sealed merchandise, which is not qualified for returns because of health security or hygienic reasons, and which seal has been removed after receipt. Excluded return are custom made goods or goods, that were altered to fit customer specifications on request as well. Despite this legal regulation, MILA ÈT MILA offers you the possibility to return all items that are offered in standard sizes on the website, e.g. rings. All other products are custom-made and altered on request to match customer expectations and are therefore excluded from returns.
